Where To Put Your Stuff When You Visit Dollywood

It seems like you can’t go to Dollywood without bringing something. Add a family to the mix, some refillable popcorn buckets and cups, sunglasses, money and passes, lipstick, etc. and you suddenly have A LOT of stuff! So, as you go through your day at Dollywood, where do you put all of that stuff?? Dollywood has some of the best systems for storing things that I have ever seen at an amusement park. Let me tell you your options!

Lockers

Lockers are great if you are bringing things you do not need to access much throughout the day. There are all-day locker rentals at the front gate. These are first come, first served with regular and family sized lockers available. There are also floating ride lockers throughout the park.  These lockers are available at Wild Eagle, Mystery Mine, FireChaser Express, Daredevil Falls, Barnstormer, Smoky Mountain River Rampage, Tennessee Tornado, Country Fair and Lightning Rod. At these lockers, pay a one-time fee and you can rent from locker to locker without having to pay each time.

Cubbies

Almost every ride has cubbies! This is one of my favorite things! You do not have to hold your stuff or pay for a locker. Just stick it in the cubby on your way to your seat and then grab it when the ride is over! Obviously, this is not as secure as a locker, but it is very quick and easy.

Stroller Parking

Having a stroller to hold your children and your stuff is so nice! I brought our stroller until my son was entirely too big for it, because it was nice to have the storage on wheels! There is great stroller parking at many of the restaurants, the shows, at the train, and especially around Country Fair and Wildwood Grove which offer lots to do for small children. Just look for the stroller parking signs!

Insider Tip

Did you know you can get a stroller season pass??  Read this post for more info!

Package Pick-Up

There is some GREAT shopping at Dollywood! You can easily do all your Christmas shopping during your day at the park. And guess what?? It’s so easy. Once you make your purchase, have it sent to Package Pick-up at the Emporium! Just don’t forget to pick up your packages on your way out of the park! Make sure you understand what hours the packages are available for pick-up and shop ‘til you drop!

Your Pup

Do you have a dog that you don’t know what to do with during your day at Dollywood? Send them to their own day of fun at Doggywood!! Reservations are needed and they are first-come, first served.

Dollywood thinks of everything to make your trip easy and fun! Now that you know what to do with your things, get your bag or stroller packed and make your plans to spend the day!
