On a recent trip to Dollywood with my spouse (for what turned out to be one of our best dates ever), I found myself in a bit of a bind. We were pulling up to the gate and I simply could not find our Season Passes. Oh no! Fortunately, I discovered them at the last second. They were stuck to other cards in my wallet—be sure to check your cards carefully for hitchhikers!
But the whole incident made me wonder exactly what I should do if I ever do lose my Dollywood Season Pass. This post is for those of you who find yourselves in that predicament.
The first thing you will want to do is connect with a Dollywood host at Guest Services. You can do this simply by getting in the ticket line at the park and explaining that you need to get a new photo ID made for a replacement Season Pass.
There is a $15 replacement fee and a photo ID is required to take advantage of this service (no photo ID is required for minors). They will help you on the spot and give you a new Season Pass so that you can get into the park and enjoy it, as planned. If you lose your Season Pass or forget to bring it with you to the park, it’s a bummer but it definitely doesn’t have to ruin your day of fun at Dollywood. The hosts have thought of it all, even how to help those of us who tend to forget or lose important things like our Season Passes!
