On the Clock: The Fastest Way from Dollywood’s Parking Lot

The way I see it, there are two (maybe three) kinds of people in this world: those who park their car at Dollywood and walk to the front gate or those who get to the parking lot and then ride the tram. (That third group includes people who are always looking for short cuts!)

Come along as I test out which method is the quickest route to get your Dollywood day off to a great start. During an April visit, I timed my trek to Dollywood’s front door three ways: walking from the parking lot, riding the tram and parking and walking from the Preferred Parking Lot.
