Girls’ Spa Weekend at Dollywood’s Resort

Going to Dollywood is one of my very favorite things to do, but what does one do in the off-season to get their fix? Spend a weekend at Dollywoods DreamMore Resort and Spa. Spa being the keyword here.

When I suggested this to a couple of my friends, they were all in. We packed up and headed up to the resort to start a weekend of rest and relaxation after a busy holiday season. After checking in, we made our way to our room to get settled in. I just love the rooms here!

Insider Tip

Make sure to take advantage of the warm apple cider (or other seasonal beverage) served in the lobby each afternoon.

One of my favorite parts about staying in any hotel is in-room dining, and Dollywoods DreamMore Resort and Spa does not disappoint. You can order a variety of items to suit any palate—as well as adult beverages for those 21 and older.

The best part? Its delivered straight to your room!

Another not-to-miss part of a stay at the resort is the nightly smore making. Yall, I love this! It is so fun to make this any time of year. I especially enjoy it when there is a little chill in the air. We changed into our comfy clothes to enjoy this part of the night.

The next morning, we all went down to brunch at Song & Hearth. The three of us meet pretty regularly for brunch, and this weekend was extra special. This brunch was. so. good. Youve got to check this out if you are staying here. We all really enjoyed the famous “donut wall.” I mean what is not to love?!

Insider Tip

You can eat at Song & Hearth even if you aren’t staying at the resort, so no reason not to check it out next time you are in the area.

Now for the best part of the weekend and the real reason we came: THE SPA AT DOLLYWOOD’S DREAMMORE RESORT!

Insider Tip

When booking your spa appointments, make sure to ask about any specials they may have.

With the vast treatment options, it was so hard to narrow it down to just a couple treatments. I ended up choosing the Southern Warmth Deep Tissue Massage and the Anti-Aging Facial. I am in my 30’s now, so I need all the anti-aging I can get! And I was not disappointed. Both of my treatments were done in the same room, so it did not interrupt the relaxing experience. My friends had manicures, pedicures and massages. We all really enjoyed the spa. Our estheticians and therapists were so knowledgeable and caring. They explained everything we needed to know and made us feel so comfortable. One of my friends has a January birthday and the spa staff truly made sure she was pampered for her special day.

Insider Tip

If you have a special request for your spa experience, make sure to ask the spa technicians and they will do their best to accommodate your needs.

This was such a great way to end a busy holiday season. It is also a great way to get to spend some time at the resort when Dollywood is closed for the season. I encourage you to get your friends or family together for a weekend of fun at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa! You won’t regret it.
