Dollywood’s Festival of Nations is a cultural showcase. It includes authentic entertainment, merchandise, and FOOD—really, really good food. I was there for Passholder Preview Day and met one of the visiting chefs Dollywood is hosting this year. Chef Pepin hails from Cuba and makes a mean Cuban sandwich. I loved everything about him—from his laugh to his recipes. Look for similar demonstrations in Market Square on the weekends now through the end of the festival on April 14.
