Best Kid-Friendly Souvenirs (> $25!)

With so much to see and do at Dollywood, you may feel pressure to also find a keepsake your child can bring home. Rest assured that shopping for souvenirs at this park doesn’t have to be expensive. In fact, you can get your hands on some pretty cool (and impressive) souvenirs that are kid-friendly for less than $25.

So, if you’re planning a trip with your family, here’s some of the best finds around Dollywood that your kids (and your wallet) will love.

Clothing

If you can only get one kid-friendly souvenir, snagging some Dollywood apparel should be at the top of your list. What better way to showcase that you can’t get enough of Dollywood than to sport your favorite theme park with a t-shirt, sweatshirt, socks, hat and more. You’ll be able to find clothing items for the smallest visitors starting at around $9.99. You can shop for clothes at Dollywood almost anywhere throughout the theme park. Find the perfect gift for your entire family and explore new styles for everyone.

Rubber Duckies

If you’re planning a stay at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa with your family, you may want to swing down to the game room to grab some cheap and easy keepsakes everyone will enjoy. For instance, there is a rubber duckie claw machine in the arcade game room that is a “play until you win” game. This means even if you aren’t able to grab a duck on your first try, the game will keep resetting until you win a prize. Put a few dollars in the machine to retrieve several game play tokens, and use two tokens (or as many as you like) to get a guaranteed rubber duckie toy souvenir.

Dip Your Own Candles

During your Dollywood visit, stop by Old Flames Candles in Craftsman’s Valley. You can shop from an already-made selection of decorative candles that would make the perfect addition to your child’s room. Or, starting at $6.99, you can opt to dip your own candle so that this kid-friendly souvenir can double as a fun activity you can do with your family.

Butterfly Headbands

For the one who loves to make a statement or add a whimsical touch to your day (or photos), grab a butterfly headband souvenir at Mountain Grove Merchants located in the Wildwood Grove area of the park. For just $4.99, this headpiece is the perfect accessory for the entire family. Choose from a few different colors and styles, and snag one for everyone to top off your day and help it feel like the best day ever.

Make Your Own Bear

What better way to commemorate your trip to the Smokies than to leave with a stuffed and personalized teddy bear? Starting at around $20, you can make a bear for your little one (or you!). Head over to The Village and stop by Temple’s Mercantile to stuff your own bear to take home with you. Choose from the wide range of accessories to make it your own or just stick with the basics. And while you’re there, pick up any number of train toys or other memorabilia for less than $25. They carry the Chuggington line!

Unlimited Refills Mug

While the other items on this list were more fun and festive, the final kid-friendly souvenir I want to mention leans more on the practical side. If you’re going to be at Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country all day, you’re bound to get thirsty. And if you plan on getting more than just water all day, you can save money by purchasing a blue One-day Unlimited Refills Mug for $14.99 (or two for $12.99, or three for $9.99) to get unlimited refills on your beverages for the day. When you’re done, take it home and continue using it on the go! It makes for a great kid-friendly souvenir and kills two birds with one stone if you’re planning on loading up on a variety of beverages for the day.

There are so many amazing souvenirs available around Dollywood – and many you can get for less than $25 for you or your children. Who wouldn’t love a souvenir to remember how great of a day you had at Dollywood? I encourage you to pick up a souvenir you and your family will love—and you won’t break the bank!
