The sky is not the limit—and no one believes that more than the adventure seekers who soar beyond their fears.
I don’t consider myself to be a true coaster enthusiast. When I’m at Dollywood, I’m usually seen with a turkey leg in one hand headed toward a theater to see a show; however, I can proudly say that I have ventured on every ride in the park—at least once. Conquering our fears makes us stronger, bigger dreamers and gives us great stories to tell. So, when I’m not singing along in a show, I’m buckling in on one of Dollywood’s great thrill rides.
Recently, while at the park, I had to talk one of my friends into rising above his “chicken status” and conquer new heights as a [wild] eagle. Here’s how this went down:
Let’s face it, we all have fears. It may be time to conquer yours, release some stress and take on new heights! After all, as Dollywood’s Dreamer-in-Chief would say (or shall I say sing), “Scream and shout, let it all out, the prize is beyond the skies only where the wild eagle flies!”
